In total the Panasonic KXTGA8321 can register six handsets so you can add another five moree Panasonic KXTGA830 phones to the original. The technology it uses is DECT so the Panasonic KXTGA830 picks up a digital signal from the original telephones base station and registers to that. Every handset can then pick up calls, ring other handsets internally, and transfer to other handsets on the system.
